PDFs, web pages, even a photo of the page — Tali breaks them into knowledge you can actually explain, then verifies you've got it. Feynman method + AI sparring.
Not feature bloat — just paving the path from read → understand → explain.
PDF, DOCX, PPTX slides, web links, even a photo of the page — Tali catches them all, turns them into learnable notes.

Everything you need to know to get started
Tali is for all lifelong learners! Whether you're a student preparing for exams, a professional learning new skills, or simply exploring a new hobby — if you have material to study, whether that's a PDF, a slide deck, a document, your own notes or even a photo of a page, Tali can help you learn it efficiently.
Very accurate! The AI generates notes and practice questions based on YOUR uploaded content, ensuring 100% relevance to what you're studying. Exercise types include single choice, multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, true/false, and open-ended (with AI auto-scoring) for comprehensive learning.
Your uploads travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your materials are only used to generate your own study content — we never sell them, and the only third party they reach is the AI provider that processes them to write your notes and questions. You can delete anything you've uploaded at any time.
PDF, PowerPoint (PPTX), Word (DOCX), Markdown and plain text, plus images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, HEIC) — so a photo or scan of a page works too. You can also import a web page by pasting its link. After uploading, AI automatically identifies the content structure and extracts key knowledge points. Maximum file size is 30MB. We recommend keeping files under 50 pages — split larger documents by chapter.
Tali has a built-in continuous learning system to help you build daily study habits. Complete your daily learning goals to maintain your streak and unlock achievement badges.
Yes — and you don't have to tell it that the file is an exam. Tali reads the upload and classifies it first. If it's a problem-solving paper, it pulls out each question as it appears on the page and writes a note for the exam point behind it. If it's reading material or a handout, it summarises the content and generates practice from that instead. The routing is decided from what's inside the file, not from its name or type.
Tali redraws them. For every question carrying a figure, it produces a clean vector redraw alongside a full worked solution — the steps, not just the final answer. The redraw is generated by AI from the original image, so straightforward geometry comes out faithful while complex constructions can lose detail; the question text itself is always kept as it appeared. Solutions are written once and stored with the question, so reopening a walkthrough doesn't regenerate it.
Every exercise you answer becomes a review item scheduled by SM-2, the spaced-repetition algorithm popularised by SuperMemo and Anki. Answer correctly and the gap before it returns grows — one day, then six, then multiplied by that item's own difficulty factor. Answer wrong and the interval resets to a single day. Scheduling runs on the questions generated from your own uploads, so what comes back is your material.
You get 600 free Tokens upon registration, enough to experience all core features — AI notes, practice quizzes, and more. It's enough for a complete learning session. You can purchase more Tokens anytime afterward.
Generating a note costs 3 Tokens (10 for an exam-focused note). Practice questions cost 10 Tokens each, so a set generated from one note costs roughly 180 Tokens. Having an open-ended answer graded by AI costs 10 Tokens, and AI chat costs 4 Tokens per message. When you run out, top up anytime — no monthly fees, pay only for what you use.
We keep pricing simple and pay-as-you-go — no subscriptions, no hidden fees. $20 gets you 4,200 Tokens; $80 gets you 21,000 Tokens. Refer a friend and you'll both get 200 Tokens as a bonus.
Token purchases are final — except where the law requires otherwise, we can't refund a purchase once it's complete. You get 600 free Tokens on signup, so you can try the core features before spending anything. If something goes wrong with a payment, email us and we'll help.
Super easy! 1. Create an account (30 seconds) 2. Upload your material — a PDF, slides, a document, notes, an image, or just paste a link 3. Wait for AI to generate notes and quizzes 4. Start your learning journey. No complicated setup needed.
Upload it and Tali takes it from there. Drop a PDF into a notebook — or a DOCX, PPTX, Markdown, plain text, a photo or screenshot (PNG, JPG, WEBP, HEIC), or paste a web page URL — and extraction starts immediately. Note generation runs in the background, so you can close the tab and come back; the notebook refreshes itself as each source finishes. From those notes Tali generates practice questions you can answer and chat about.
Yes! Tali works on all devices — phone, tablet, and desktop. Learn anywhere, anytime — during your commute, lunch break, or wherever you have a few minutes.

Three typical ways to put Tali to work
Preparing for a professional exam
Instead of reading the textbook a fourth time, drop a chapter in. Tali turns it into notes and questions, and when you get one wrong it walks you back through the part you missed.
Studying in a second language
When the material is in one language and you think in another, Tali can explain it in the language you're comfortable with, then quiz you in the one you're learning.
Picking up a new field mid-career
Documentation written for insiders gets broken into small questions you can work through a few at a time — and a chat you can stop and ask 'why' in.
