• Progress dashboards and performance insights

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must maintain an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials and access devices
• Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account
• Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use or security incidents

4. Usage Restrictions

You must not misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using the Services in violation of applicable law or regulation
• Submitting unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content/code
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Automated scraping or excessive requests that impair platform availability
• Credential sharing, impersonation, or unauthorized account transfer

5. Paid Services and Token System

Paid features are currently usage-based through a Token model:

• Tokens are consumed by designated paid functions according to published pricing
• Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers
• Except where required by applicable law, completed Token purchases are non-refundable
• We may adjust pricing or packaging with reasonable prior notice

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are allocated as follows:

• All rights in the platform, software, and branding remain with the Service provider or licensors
• You retain ownership of content lawfully uploaded by you
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services

7. Service Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, grades, or examination results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

10. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, legal requirements, or abuse. Upon termination, access rights end immediately, and data handling will follow applicable law and retention obligations.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the court with competent jurisdiction where the Service provider is registered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Terms Modification

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
