Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 01, 2025

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tali.run website and AI-powered learning platform (the "Service") operated by Tali.run ("we," "our," or "us"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Content

Our Service allows you to upload, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Service. This license is for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

We do not use your User Content for training our AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or is otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
  • Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting customer support.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. We use a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments. All payment information is encrypted and handled securely.

Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tali.run and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tali.run, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., State of California], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
